"A sudden happy idea".  I like to think that the 'net is made up of millions of sudden, happy ideas.  In fact, while wandering about the 'net in search of inspiration I had the sudden, happy idea of making this a site about inspiration.  What inspires me, what makes me sit up and take notice, and even create something of my own.

I am deeply inspired by art, music and the beauty of the world around me.  I am very lucky enough to live in a particularly beautiful part of Wales, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons national park.  The village I live in lies above the valley and almost into rural mid Wales.  I could not help but be inspired by the glorious sunsets, the mountains, the forests and the ruined Norman castle just beyond the village.

I am inspired by the beautiful graphic art on the internet, created by some very talented women.  The webset I mad for use on these pages was in its turn, inspired by the art of Paula Vaughan.  So you see, one spark of inspiration can lead to a veritable fire of beauty!  I hope that you find something in these pages to inspire you.  That is my hope.
